Doric Travertine tiles were chosen for this project from their rustic beauty and their brilliant luxurious appearence.

All works were undertaken from strip out to masticing.

The photographs show the impact that a project can make by finding colour and finish of tile and sticking to it. The simplicity is perfect and the look attained timeless and elegant.

Mixing the different sizes of tile is often all that is needed to feed the desire to add more to a design and in this case it allowed the bathroom to include curves in the wall and the steps.

When fitting tiles it is important to consider how quickly they will date, as they are often more permanent that many other finishes. Luckily this is a fantastic time for interior design and the numbers of options available are numerous.
